İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Online Commercial Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Online Commercial Management Function, reporting Online Commercial Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Leverage Vodafone online assets and presence to increase sales and satisfy customers by fulfilling information demand about Vodafone products, services and related corporate announcements
- Business ownership of enterprise part of commercial online services such as enterprise-specific content of corporate web sites, online transactions/journeys, internal search, online lead management, online account services, online surveys, online NPS, related mobile web sites, e-Shop service/transactions catalog, online payments, Online Self Servis, consumer and enterprise online services
- Web analytics, digital copywriting and online user experience management

More than 2 years of experience
