Regulation Executive

Vodafone Telekomünikasyon A.Ş

• Knowledge of mobile telecommunication network, services and products.
• Fluent in English.
• At least 3-4 years work experience (preferred).
• Graduated from a reputable university, engineering, business, economics, law, public administration, public policy degrees preferred.

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Regulation Executive with the will and ambition to work in Regulatory Affairs Function, reporting Head of Regulatory Affairs of Vodafone Turkey.

• Coordinate necessary internal actions to comply with the Concession Agreements, regulations in force, and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to develop strategies for improving regulatory framework.
• Develop reports regarding the status of compliance activities within the company.
• Support business units to secure procedures are up-to-date and meet latest regulatory requirements.
• Give feedbacks to the other functions to secure protective & corrective  actions.
• Coordinate necessary actions to be prepared against any regulatory investigation or audit.
• Fulfill relevant internal and external auditing requirements.
• Conduct the relevant correspondence with the Authority, Ministry and the other official parties.
