We are seeking a IT Incident Management Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in IT Incident Management Function, reporting IT Incident Management Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- The role owner is responsible to run Genesis related E2E Incident Management
- Primary goal is to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained
- The role owner is the primary contact person for the customers and Incident Management agent and functions as a hub between the customer and the incident management organization and process
İŞ TANIMI

- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology
- IT/Technical experience in the area of TelCo
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Siebel, Tibco or Kenan, or other billing processes
- Experience in SQL, Unix, Oracle, mobil internet and online services
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant areas
- Knowledge/certifications of standards like ITIL, COBIT or e-TOM
- Good command of English
- Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures and standards
- Proven experience in the work with internal customers
- Knowledge of Service Level Concept
- Good customer relationship skills, customer focused and good sense of responsibility
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Good conflict and stress management & good negotiation skills
- Analytical skills; ability to identify problems and note trends
