HSE Manager

TAV Grubu

• Minimum 8 years HSE experience in construction industries.
• Master the international HSE standards and practices
• Knowledge about No. 6331 - Law of occupational health and safety
• Preferably having experience in the Gulf Region
• NEBOSH certificate and Occupational Health Certificate - B Class are preferred
• Excellent command of English

İŞ TANIMI

• Monitor all Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E)-related activities in the project
• Establishment of HS&E procedures & documentation systems to comply with specification / contract and local legislation
• Assist with establishment of site medical facilities
• Carry out risk assessments and advise how risks can be reduced
• Carry out regular site inspections to check that HS&E policies and procedures are being properly implemented
• Maintain records of inspection findings
• Recommend changes to working practices to reduce risks
• Lead in-house training of staff and workers to improve awareness of HS&E issues and risks
• Maintain records of incidents and accidents, and produce statistics for management
• Keep up-to-date with company HS&E policy and local HS&E legislation
• Organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances
• Advise on a range of HS&E issues, e.g. hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases
