Marketing Executive

We are looking for a "Marketing Executive"  for olur global client operating in service sector.

• University degree in related field,
• 3+ years of marketing experience in a multinational environment,
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English,
• Good  team work  player and sales/customer-oriented,
• Result oriented and analytic minded ,
• Good communication, managing skills,
• Excellent knowledge of MS office program

İŞ TANIMI

• Maintain and develop well managed relationship with existing customers and seek for the opportunities to reach new prospect customers,
• Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate offers to make sale,
• Act as a contact for existing and potential customers, 
• Prepare all requested reporting in line with the unit procedures and related procedures and assigned by management,
• Manage the customer satisfaction survey and follow up all the determined action plans,
• Manage the direct reporting team member and measure if their performance is line within yearly targets given by management,
• Perform the sales and marketing activities in line with defined process, provide follow up roles, implement necessary controls due to company permanent supervision standards,
• Operate social media accounts of the company,
• Encourage innovation and creativity,
• Coordination and tracking of the agencies and third parties,
• Arrange the preparation of events and production any marketing materials such as presentations,  newsletters  and effective communication and distribution of materials to target audience,
• Contribute, develop marketing plan and manage the marketing annual budget.
