İŞ TANIMI

• Design, develop and maintain complex telecom grade applications to enhance the functionality ofproducts and services, compliant with business requirements and qualityobjectives.
• Has in depthknowledge of specific areas and extensive knowledge of software development(especially Java) and provides insight to members of the team.
• Play key role inresearch and development activities leading to new product and services andshaping the architecture of existing products. 
• Communicates with cross-functional teams involved in whole software development lifecycle.Supervise solution/implementation of other developers.
• Responsible from technical architecture of all Enterprise Solutions.
• Support RFQ/RFIs when it’s required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify  products and/or services Reviewbusiness requirements as a domain architect to perform impact analysis forresponsible products and services.
• Deliver company wide detailed technical analysis against detailed business requirements based ontechnical solution design defined during technical feasibility phase.
• Handshake with stakeholders on scope, deliverables and technical analysis phase timelines.
• Provide resourceestimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and proposealternative solutions if high level requirements are changed when it’sdetailed.
