BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Senior Project Expert to be employed in Innovation & Technology Management Department located in Çerkezköy with the following qualifications;

• Master degree at Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering  or MBA,
• Solid project management skills,
• Striving for high standards, seeking innovative solutions, driving continuous improvement of products, processes or methods and demonstrating a high degree of intellectual curiosity,
• Self-motivated convincing person with strong stakeholder orientation with excellent communication skills,
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information,
• No travel restrictions,
• Live/willing to live at Cerkezkoy, Çorlu, Silivri, Beylikdüzü or Bahçeşehir.

İŞ TANIMI

• Management and coordination of BSH projects with Universities, Research Institutes and other third parties,
• Collaborates with all levels of management and staff to provide strategic and tactical advice on project planning and execution. Sets and manages customer and stakeholder expectations,
•  Assembles project team, identifies resources and project roles needed and develops project budget, implementation plan and timelines,
• Prioritizes and manages the execution of the resources to the project. Develops and communicates project goals, direction, priorities and approach,
• Communicates project expectations, events and provides feedback to all parties in a timely manner,
•  Participates to strategic management and business development processes.
