Loyalty Applications Team Leader / Specialist

• A bachelor degree in Computer, Electrical & Electronic or Industrial Engineering
• 3+ experience in IT related work
• Broader knowledge and experience of development and SDLC
• Worked as an analist and a project manager during past work experience
• Strong web development ( especially Java ) and mobile development experience and knowledge
• Good leadership skills and experience
• Ability to work within and part of a team
• PMP certified preferred
• Reside or can reside in Ankara
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong analyzing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work after office hours and respond to report demands even at home
• Can work under time constraints
• Ability to travel in Turkey
• All male candidates must have completed their military service requirements

İŞ TANIMI

• Working on implementing solutions for loyalty customer portals
• Analyzing work requests technically and documenting it
• Designing the solution for related work request and document it in a form that developers can understand
• Getting work requests developed and working close with developers and handle any issue raised by them
• Supporting user acceptance test and deploying work requests upon successful UAT
• Leading and cummunicating work requests that related to more than one system
• Giving feedback to business owner on development activities
• Preparing weekly reports for related work requests
• Taking actions to fix for application defects
