  • University graduate
  • UNIX / Linux system management experience (highly experienced)
  • Shell Scripting experience (at least moderate and above)
  • TCP / IP protocol knowledge (at least moderate and above)
  • Application Server experience and knowledge (Apache Tomcat, Apache Webserver) (at least moderate and above)
  • Database and client tool experience and knowledge (Oracle & Toad, MySQL at least moderate and above)
  • GSM data protocol knowledge and experience (at least moderate and above)
  • Compliant with time varying working hours
  • Compliant with customer prioritized working behaviour
  • Compliant with working with teams.
  • Competence in communication skills.
  • Competence in self responsibility.


İŞ TANIMI


We are seeking an Online&Data Services Management Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in Online&Data Services Management Function, reporting Online&Data Services Management Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
  • To give level 2 support for Online and Data Applications
  • Operate Monitoring Systems (nagios, zabbix, etc), defining new monitor probes, coding scripts to integrate monitored system  availability values with the PIWEB.
  • Provide Online & Data Customer usage reports to the related business departments.
  • Review SLA documents with vendor and monitor SLA obedience.
  • Working with VF Global Performance teams to optimize Online and Data  Services iteratively.
  • Provide access tokens to the vendor support teams and monitor their operations on system
  • Give support in solution for customer tickets escalated from COPs obeying regulation SLAs.

Preferred Candidate

Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
