QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for 'Financial Controller' to join into the team of our client, which is a operating in payment system and system integration sector.
- At least 3 years of experience of working in Big4,
- BA degree in Management, Economics or a related field,
- Experience in budgeting, IFRS reporting,
- Good commend of English both oral and written,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, expert level Excel skills,
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and sound business judgment,
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills are a must as the individual will be expected to participate in senior management and the broader organization,
- Ability to handle multiple priorities,
- Proactive sharing of best practice to peers and teams for continuous improvement of performance in their area of expertise,
- Highly-motivated, self-started with good project management skills,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for the preparation of budgets, analysis of budget variances as well as monitoring of the forecast accuracy,
- Supports and Reports directly to CFO,
- Prepares comprehensive periodical (quarterly/monthly) financial reports and analysis for internal international management,
- Oversee the day to day activities of finance and ensure that company’s finance is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts,
- Leads development of the annual operating budget, long-term plan as well as monthly/quarterly forecasts,
- Assists the management and key stakeholders with current and long range planning,
- Reviews financial and operating results with management to ensure the Company and business units meet and/or exceed financial targets,
- Works with business units to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
