QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University Degree
• 2+ years of project management, coordination and team work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in the area of packaging: print production, print management, and possibly graphic design, package development, supply management, etc.
• Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
İŞ TANIMI
• Manage and be accountable for the timely delivery of packaging artwork and separation files to suppliers in order to deliver packaging on a timely basis. Create and follow all projects in Unilever’s online artwork management tool: BLUE
• Set-up and run pre-production meetings. Work with marketing on timeline development, manage production process issues and act as first point of contact for external production vendors. Provide transparency back to project team regarding progress and timeline compliance of their projects to enable them to follow up with other functional team members for task completion
• Attend & provide feedback in project management meetings if necessary
• Approve color reliable proofs (which will become a contract proof once it is signed) to ensure that the proof meets brand expectations
• Approve color standards (1st press pass) in agreement with the agency
• Provide expert guidance and input to marketing regarding technical requirements for print production and potential challenges; make recommendations for best possible execution within budget and timing
• Follow and challenge category marketing and R&D (Research and Development) team's performance & efficiency in artwork KPIs. Provide transparency and guidance for improvement
• Close relations with local teams(marketing, research and development, regulatory, packaging etc.) & regional teams
• Being the key contact for 3rd parties like print management agencies and printers
