Business Analyst

• University degree in Industrial or Electronic Engineering
• 2-3 years working experience
• Very good command of English
• Business process know-how in the area of Samples Production and/or Quality Management is preferred
• SAP know-how in at least one of following modules is preferred: production, logistic, project, and quality management
• Affinity and know-how in new technologies like RFID and Scanning solutions is preferred
• Project experience is preferred
• Change management know-how is preferred (CIP, VSDiA)

İŞ TANIMI

• Contact point for process owners, central process teams and power users
• Management of processes for own responsibility area e.g.
  • Design/change/improvement of processes based on new requirements and technologies
  • Checking of process maturity and improvement in case deviations in cooperation with the process owner
• Project and Change Management:
  • Creation and tracking of business requirements based on the defined standards by central departments
  • Work in local projects/activities and/or management of projects/activities (e.g. implementation, roll-out, roll-in etc.)
• Power User Coordination that incl. first support, competence improvement

• Process standardization within other plants and central departments
• Participation in central process improvement activities e.g. rollout and implementation projects
• Working in central customer solution groups
