QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Experience in new business, services and/or mobile (internet) industry (6-9 years)
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
- Project management and analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of future market demands and key internet trends (e.g., Social Media, Devices, Big Data, Internet of Things, applications , Privacy regulations)
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
- Problem solving & decision making
- Results-driven and delivery-focused
- Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
- Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Communication Services Manager with the will and ambition to work in Consumer Enterprise Function, Communication&Content Services Management Team, reporting to Communication&Content Services Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Act as Vodafone Turkey counterpart for for Vodafone Group Consumer Services
- Work closely with Vodafone Group Consumer Services for choosing from what is available in group portfolio and decide what should be done locally
- Provide ongoing feedback to VF Group Consumer Services on their strategy, product roadmap and feature sets based on local know how and customer insigts
- Lead new services projects and manage existing services product life cycle
- Collaborate with Vodafone Turkey and Vodafone Group brand & segment teams for having ongoing communication support and new ways of penetrating the service
- Follow best global and local practices for different services and define potential for each service for Vodafone base.
- Grow data revenues with innovative services and Big Data opportunities
- Manage relationship with internal stakeholders (Segments, Sales, Terminals, Legal, Technology and PDT) to deliver the product KPI’s in given time.
- Roadmapping to improve customer experience for related products.
