• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
• Preferably no military obligation for male candidate

İŞ TANIMI

• Centralizes the relationship with the customers in the order to cash process to provide information about the situation of their orders, delivery and invoice data and to inform the customer of any problem to ensure they are solved within agreed times
• Coordinates master data requests from customers and maintains alignment with customer systems
• Responsible for running order management processes
• Receives returns requests and refusal information from customer and analyzes according to returns policies for the inefficiencies to be processed
• Responsible from delivery, billing issues and delay management
• Responsible for claims management and claims resolution communication to customer as per customer service catalogue
• Follows up cash collection and escalated overdue invoices with the customer
