• Masters Degree – Preferably Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• CIMA or equivalent qualification with strong financial skills and highly commercial mindset
• Strong and varied experience in a finance role including responsibility of a team in accountability and in controlling.
• Business and financial knowledge
• Strong finance experience covering the different functions
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP / US GAAP/ IFRS and control mechanism
• Commercial business experience is required and a good understanding of food and retail market is desirable
• Strong leadership and sense of mission- create direction
• Drives alignment
• Strong priority setting skills
• Ability to work in a small structure with strategic and operational activities
• Strong communication and relationship building skills, team work oriented, result oriented, effective problem solving, collaborative
• Fluent in English and Turkish

İŞ TANIMI

• Drive operating performance, delivering on business initiatives, NPD, growth and profitability in close partnership with the operating team. Support on A&P,  Customer terms, Capital Investment
• Identify opportunities for strategic business growth and assess medium to long term investment opportunities
• Ensure consistent medium and long term plans for the brands in conjunction with management team, understanding current market position, opportunities for growth and potential barriers and competitor positioning (Swot and Gap analysis)
• Ensure the efficiency of internal controls and procedures, appropriate Authorisation Policy in place.
• Ensure accurate Tax information in line with Turkish Tax legislation.
• Control Treasury flows and ensure the correct execution of daily cash operations.
• Lead the preparation of local audited accounts, income tax returns, VAT returns.
• Preparing, analyzing and following up the annual budget.
