QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree
- Very good command of English
- Min 2 – 3 years of experience in Customer Management, Distributor Management, Account Management, Product Management preferably in Telecommunication and/or Electronic Compliances sector
- Open minded, visionary, high sense of new business opportunities and project management capability
- No restriction to travel for all over the Turkey
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an After Sales Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in Terminals Management Function, reporting Terminal Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Areas of expertise of Care Management, Operational Management, Vendor Management, Performance Management,
- Manage the commercial relationship towards After Sales management
- Manage the After Sales services according to the set KPI’s and contractual obligations
- Manage the relationship on day to day business
- Close follow up on end to end process of After Sales management
- Measurement of the After Sales service efficiency and effectiveness
- Follow up and analysing the reports from the Service/s on a timely manner
- Make health check of the penetration quality of the service/s and/or sub service/s regularly by planned field visits.
Preferred Candidate
2 - 3 years of experience
