  • Experience in related field (5+ years)
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering or business, master degree is a plus
  • Content Management experience
  • Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
  • Effectively cope with changing work environment
  • Multi-task management                                                          
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
  • Problem solving & decision making  
  • Results-driven and delivery-focused
  • Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
  • Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English


İŞ TANIMI



We are seeking a Content Services & Channels Senior Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Content Services and Channels Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Planning strategies and revenue targets for content service business
  • Managing service portfolio to meet annual revenue targets
  • Designing, developing, testing & operating service scenarios for best customer experience
  • Ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements are met
  • Overseeing processes for full resolution of customer complaints
  • Find suitable partners and establish business model for Segment oriented services
  • Operate services and manage partner contract
  • Definition of partnership criteria in coordination with other departments
  • Informing candidate companies, collecting required documentation and evaluation of applicants
  • Contracting and technical integration process management with accepted partners
  • Perodical renewal of contracts and security bonds
  • Evaluating technology requirements of new service requests and providing suitable solutions
  • Defining requirements, executing approval and development processes for new features in infrastructure
  • Coordination for resolution of infrastructure related problems
  • Inform partners on new developments in VF service infrastructure
