QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Min. bachelor’s degree (Economics, MIS, International Trade, legal, engineering other related fields)
- Knowledge about MS Office Applications
- Knowledge about Tableau program
- Good communication skills with all level of organization
- Having strong analytical and presentation skills
- Having strong knowledge of budget and contract management
- Having strong knowledge of Site Acquisition
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Site Acquisition Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Site Acq.Contract & KPI Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
Site Acquisition
- Lead critical projects within Site Acquisition environment.
- Work under strict timelines to consolidate lease agreement ad-hoc reports.
- Handle administrative details relevant to evaluating and selecting a prospective site.
- Work with outsourced companies and manage them to achieve targets.
- Maintain and accurate and up-to-date tracking report
- Work with regional and central rollout teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Renewal of finished contract between the targeted increase limits, in the targeted timeline.
- Forecast and report on a regular basis to the KPI Manager
Budget Management
- Turkey site acquisition budget creation and follow up
- Develop saving projects to decrease leases & rentals cost.KPI Mng. & Reporting
- Assist to KPI Manager for KPI & Target setting of department and continues monitoring the status of these KPI & targets.
- Assist to KPI Manager for outsourced companies’ contractual KPI and Target creation and track the achievements on daily basis.
- Prepare periodical/ad-hoc Site Acquisition Reports (New Site Lists, Total Management List, Renewal List, Payment List)
Digitalisation Projects
- Achieve Site Based digital projects using Microsoft Access Program
- Achieve Site visualisation using Tableau program
- Achieve Operational KPI digital report through Mobilform Tool
Payment Process
- Manage regional payment processing and list creation
- Manage payment dispute follow up
Sharing
- Site sharing program performance follow up, and create new opportunities to increase site sharing.
- Attend other sharing activities with other mobile operator (Reconciliations, offers and approval)
