• Minimum 3 years of experience in Database Administration (at least one DBMS like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc)
• Experience in programming views, stored procedures, and functions
• Experience in optimizing database performance
• Good grasp of IP networking and TCP/IP concepts
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Very good command of both written and spoken English.
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.Completed military service or deferred at least 2 years (for male candidates)
• Experience in NoSQL databases like Redis, CouchBase
• Experience in In-Memory Data Grid systems like Hazelcast
• Experience in Ansible scripting
• Agile software development methodology
• Good understanding of Microservice Architecture and Container Orchestration Systems like Kubernetes

• Administering Database Access and Security
• Implementing Backup and Recovery Procedures
• Reviewing design team's database design needs, recommending optimized solutions
• Reviewing query performance and optimizing when needed
• Optimization of existing distributed data architecture in terms of storage technologies and methodologies
• Continuously improving data storage technologies and data access layer
• Follow Agile scrum methodology and use CI concepts
