• University degree in Engineering Departments
• At least 5 years experience in similar industry manufacturing quality management
• No military obligation
• Experience in Project management
• Experience in active usage of Problem Solving Methodologies (8D, 6 Sigma, Kaizen)
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Analytical minded, open to changes, excellent communication, self discipline, orientation for target realization skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Definition of regional Quality strategy for projects.
• RTC wide leading of regional projects as well functional leading coordinating of local RTC/OP-RF factory Q-leads in development projects.
• Being in closed contact and counter partner for PRF-QMD in global projects
• < >Assuring actively management and guiding of all quality-relevant topics within development projects as QM representative (QM-lead).
• Monitoring and reporting of RTC RF Project until closing the ME8 (handover to line organization)
• Repair complexity Matrix, coordinate improvement of reparability with repair complexity matrix and repair workshops together with customer service
• QM planning in projects which include, definition of appliances quality specification, quality concept,methods, tools, and standards and as well testing plan and technical Controlling of QM measures
• Definition and tracing of target (time line and also Quality targets).
• Execution of Milestone evaluations (ME) for Regional and local projects.
• Preparation of release decision, risk assessment for limited release and being in co-responsibility for monitoring of (limited) releases.
• Coordination of Q-activities (testing, part releases, improvement activities, production processes introduction)
• Coordination of all QM related product qualification steps based on PEP as QM-lead in the projects.
• Contact partner in all Q-aspects for R&D, purchasing, TP and after sales service.
• Leading quality control loops (conference calls, review Q-reports, critical eFsB, product ME issues, escalation management)
• Taking care about project related field quality: Processing of customer service eFsB notifications/ customer complaints, cross checking of returned products, application and maintenance of Q-systems (PQM, CMD, ISIS, 6 Sigma)
