• University degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering,
• At least 1-2 years of raw material experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
• Quick learner
• Able to manage purchasing operations in a multinational environment.
• Good command of English
• Advanced reporting and Microsoft Office Skills
• Military service should be completed / exempt for male candidates
   

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage operatively processes of purchasing and order placement in compliance with the central / local strategies and priorities and applying the available frame agreements defined at central level 
• Guarantee the right delivery of materials / services to the plants,  
• Keeping under track the stock level, in order to assure the regular execution of working activities, cooperating with all the functions involved.  
• Collect and issue to the manager the data needed for the periodical reporting. 
• Directly negotiate agreements to meet specificlocalneeds
• Contribute to the process ofhomologation ofthesuppliers
• Participation in the process of researching the local market for competitive suppliers
• Manage at local level the relationships with the suppliers, ensuring efficiency, monitoring the purchasing conditions and evaluating the performances of the suppliers (e.g.: Vendor Rating process). 
• Claim management and Conflict resolution
• Managing CRP (Cost Reduction Program) in local area and following them closely.
• Preparation of Management Plan
• Preparing monthly forecast reports regarding cost basis
