QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Technical Office Engineer” to our Multinational Company set up by the partnership of Meridiam and Rönesans Groups, for the purposes of providing management services to Turkey’s most reputable Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) Projects - including one of the first PPP’s to reach financial close in Turkey- with the below specified qualifications.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Experience in complex projects is a must
- Experience in Hospital Construction is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Primavera and AutoCAD
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined and good team player
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Living in Adana or no restrictions to live in Adana
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Monitor and manage all of the technical aspects of the construction and its compliance with the EPC contract
- Liaise with appropriate levels of Ministry of Health for all matters pertaining to the design, construction
- Prepare and update project documents as assigned
- Monitor EPC Contractor delivery during design and construction
- Perform general design reviews of all design EPC documents and a detailed design review of EPC documents as assigned
- Manage claims and technical disputes
- Review budgets and progress payments
