We are now looking for a "District Part&Service Manager" with the following requirements.

·         Bachelors degree in reputable university (Engineering is possitive)
·         Good command of written and spoken English
·         Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position in automative sector
·         Excellent command of MS Office programs
·         Strong communication, presentation, reporting and organizational skills
·         Must be proficient in the use of analysis, action planning, and follow through
          to achieve assigned business objectives
·         Result and customer oriented and high level of proactive behavior
·         Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
·         No military obligation for male candidates
·         Driving Licence
·         No restriction for travelling

İŞ TANIMI

·         Managing & Coordinating dealers’ after sales operation
·         Focusing on increasing of dealer after sales customer satisfaction
·         Analysing dealer after sales income and profitability and make strategic
          plan to improve
·         Analysing dealers part,accessory and labor sales and make strategic plan to improve
·         Analysing Dealer staff (Service Manager / Advisor) skills and make strategic
          plan to improve
·         Contact with  dealers to communicate, implement and administer all after
          sales programs, policies and procedures.
·         Monitor dealer performance with respect to Hyundai policy & standart
·         Improvement of overall dealer after sales operations(Service & Part)
·         Follow up and implementation of action plans
·         Regular reporting to Field Service Manager

Preferred Candidate

More than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
Class B
