Maintenance Engineer

For our Laundry & Home Care Plant, we are now looking for a Maintenance Engineer, who will assume responsibility for the maintenance operation in Ankara. The ideal candidate is expected to have; 

• BSc in Engineering (preferably in  Mechanical Engineering Department), Master’s degree is an additional asset  
• Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance engineer experience, undertaking responsibility ideally in a multinational environment
• Sound know-how in utilities such as; Boiler Systems, Cooling Towers, Water Treatment Systems, Compressors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Capable of establishing sound relations across geographies within the diverse teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Advanced user of MS Office applications
• For male candidates, military services should be completed

İŞ TANIMI

Operating within the Engineering Team of Ankara Plant of Turk Henkel, the candidate will be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. The incumbent will be a valuable member of the Laundry & Home Care Division.  

• Providing technical and organizational co-ordination and ensuring healthy control of the maintenance, repairs and service activities in the responsible operation
• Executing the maintenance, assembly and revision strategy in Ankara Plant within the responsible operation
• Ensuring successful application of Henkel standards in utilities and production sections
• Leading Maintenance Technicians within the responsible section
• Following-up spare parts and consumables fields
• Ensuring alignment with the Good Manufacturing Practices, Work Place Safety requirements (calibrations, maintenance records, periodical controls, et cetera)
• Leading critical role in order to achieve successful results for the HPS (Henkel production System) applications and increase efficiency of the projects
• Ensuring sustainability of production by immediately responding the production machine failures. Communicating with other departments and requesting support in required cases
• Assuming a proactive role against the technical support requests of other departments
