GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

Required Education and Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in similar job
  • University degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in international Companies with matrix structures.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, and direct recruiting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
 


İŞ TANIMI

PURPOSE (MISSION):
Designing and implementing internal communications strategies for Banvit that strengthen the company values and culture, working closely with  employees and management and advising them on the internal communication practices, and promoting and reinforcing our values and culture through different communication methods and initiatives. Manages, develops and implements the internal communication channels. In addition to supporting & leading internal Banvit calendar of events.
 
Internal Communication & Branding:
  •  Develop and implement strategic communication plan.
  • Manage, develop and implement internal communication methods, policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain strong relationship with management & employees to ensure proper communication of major achievements, initiatives and updates.
  • Advice and guide employees on the communications practices (i.e. the methods by which the information should be delivered, the timing of the information released, etc.).
  • Provide corporate brand guidelines based on Global updates (internal office branding, corporate fonts & templates, logos, etc).
  • Design and own the internal communication agenda in alignment with business and culture context of the company
  • Be proactive to support the business in all internal communication matters and provide solution to each situation
 
Culture :
  •  Be the ambassador of the company culture and engage HR and all employees into the company values & culture
  • Managing and developing the yearly Banvit culture budget and calendar.
  • Promoting Banvit/OneFoods Values & Culture through the production of communications materials and announcement through different communication methods, such as intranet, videos, newsletters, etc.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys within the region: lead the design and deployment, review, analyze, and communicate findings.
  • Lead the construction of actions plans based on engagement results, consolidate the departments action plans and monitor the deliverables in each department and own the company consolidated action plan
  • Build up the annual Engagement strategy with the support of managers based on the survey findings & feedbacks
  • Interact/Align with the regional C&C from OneFoods and BRF to share insights, ideas and initiatives.
  • Owning the cultural events agenda and align it to the desired culture for the company and people engagement context.
  • Own cultural initiatives: cross cultural training, open door policy, suggestion box, cultural diagnosis 
Coorporate Social Responsibility:
  •  Design & create Coorporate Social Responsibility initiatives that serves the communities in Banvit
  • Research & evaluate potential Coorporate Social Responsibility opportunities that enable employees to contribute through volunteerism.
  • Plan and promote events to engage employees and raise awareness of Coorporate Social Responsibility programs
  • Approach & maintain partnership relations with NGO’s that are relevant to Banvit community.
  • Own all social initiatives that we have in Banvit and make sure it is aligned with the desired social image strategy
  • Liaise with Marketing on all employer branding to have coherence vs. our brands & corporate image
  • To keep the Coorporate Social Responsibility strategy and programs under review and adapt as appropriate to stay aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously review the current partnership and market landscape in order to recommend and develop initiatives in support of strategic business goals
