Gateway Product Support Engineer

NETAŞ

•        Bachelor or above degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering,
•        Knowledge on Telecommunication Protocols & Telecommunication Systems
•        Knowledge on Network Administration Knowledge (Routing, Firewall, DOS, Anti-Spoofing, SNMP, NAT etc.
•        VoIP Gateways knowledge (RTP,VoWifi) is a plus 
•        Fast Troubleshooting
•        Good command of both written and spoken English
•        Good communication skills; ability to build trust and influence
•        Good analytical skills, and being eager to develop and take on responsibility
•        Completed military service or deferred at least 2 years(for male candidates)

•        Knowledge on IPSec/IKEv2.
•        Knowledge on Mobile Network Architecture (3GPP, GTP Gateway)

İŞ TANIMI

•       Working closely with worldwide customers in order to provide customer oriented technical solutions
•       Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer              and technical perspective
•       Identify and provide solutions to customer problems based on the network and platform specific investigations
•       Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule
•       Reporting the investigation results based on the deadline informed to worldwide customers
