QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
•Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronical Engineering background
•Very good command of English
•Completion of military service for male candidates
•Below 30 years of age
•3 years of experience in a related field is preferred
•to make long-distance journeys
•to be flexible in terms of working hours
•Defining machine and equipments for production in terms of error proof systems,
•Preparing investment analysis for these machine and equipments,
•Participation in FMEA studies,
•To design and/or purchase the manufacturing and testing equipment,
•Installation of the testing and manufacturing equipment,
•Standardization of equipment,
•Solving serial production problems,
•Following new technologies and applying them into the production area within investment approval limits,
•Developing sub-suppliers in terms of our expectations and their processes,
•Developing and improving spare part follow up system.
