- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematical Engineering, Programming, Industrial Engineering and related Information Technologies.
- 2+ years of Telecom industry experience
- Good understanding of IT environment and infrastructure in mobile telecommunications industry
- Highly experience in Billing & Charging domains (Kenan , CCS, etc)
- Highly Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience in Tibco, OSM, Siebel CRM systems
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an
Agile Solutions Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Agile Solutions Manager - EBU of Vodafone Turkey.
- Mainly responsible for configuration &test of new products & services or changes on Billing & Charging domains. Additionally, responsible for the configuration &test of new products & services or changes on CRM & Middleware domains using Agile methodology.
- Analysis, specification, and validation of requirements for the assigned projects.
- To ensure that assigned projects and services can be delivered within projected budget (in terms of resource usage and hardware design) performance criteria and timescale.
- Develop preventive actions of incorrect product & service configuration and develop best practices of End2End configuration management process within the application areas.
- To deploy of new products & services or changes in them related on configuration environments and prepare configuration release notes and guidelines for related departments.
- Effectively communicates with the customers (internal departments).
- Do the troubleshooting, test, maintenance and 3rd level support of the products and services delivered to customers, as long as required. (Analysing and fixing problems reported by customers.)
- Apply change management for all implementations to configuration platforms.
- Estimates and plans the time and effort costs of specific testing tasks by dividing them into smaller subtasks.
- Coordinates & reports the configuration lifecycle via Agile Development.
- Follow up evolving business proactively and be prepared for the new services to be demanded on the related modules.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve our time to market, service quality, flexibility and reusability.
- Contribute creative ideas to the product development pipeline.
- Be updated with international software standards and technologies and inform upper management.
- Investigate and survey new technologies and share knowledge and experience with team members.
- Research on creating reusable software components and inform the results of studies to other groups.
- Willing to work in Agile Development environment
- Develop, analyse and test new products, functionalities and services in a cross-functional Agile team.
- Estimates and plans the time and effort costs of projects by dividing them into smaller subtasks using Agile methodology.
- Support Agile Kaizen improvement initiatives
- Effectively communicates with the customers (internal IT and Business departments).
- Reports delivery plan, developments and workings done.
- Manages the initiated projects on Billing & Charging or CRM & Middleware domains
- Leads the Agile project initiative
