• BS/MS degree in Food or Chemical Engineering program,
• Excellent command of English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D department, preferably in food companies,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good knowledge of MS office programs,
• Ability to use design software systems,
• Self motivation and willingness to work in various research - development areas,
• No restriction for travelling in and out of country,
• Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul,
• No obligation for military service (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

- Leading and managing the R&D projects,
- Collecting R&D ideas/project proposals and conducting feasibility studies and coordinating the national and international collaboration projects,
- Working in close cooperation with manufacturing, marketing, sales and purchasing departments,
- Following Market Trends and participating in market research activities in various areas,
- Following R&D related laws, legislations, fundings and grants,
- Preparing presentations and sectoral analysis to support R&D activities.
