• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Communication from a reputable university,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telco, Internet, IT industry sector,
• Understanding of Business Marketing. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to details,
• Team player with strong planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge and understanding of communication technologies and trends,

İŞ TANIMI

• By developing strategies to increase commercial performance of Türk Telekom in device market, strengthen brand’s technological perception, make stronger relations with current customers and acquisition;  discover and create new business opportunities/projects in short/mid/long term, do business and resource planning for executing these new opportunities and projects
• For approved business opportunities/projects, build and lead project team(s), enable to be allocated internal and external resources, coordinate related business units, manage and control project progress, inform related units and launch the projects.
• Manage and direct budgets allocated for approved business opportunities and projects
• Developing and managing relationships with 3rd parties under the new business opportunities and special projects
• Manage, improve, maintain, report launched projects and deliver them to Fixed / Mobile Offer Management team according to content of projects  
• Specify developments needed for device campaigns’ processes (customer scoring, infrastructures etc.), design and carry out these developments in coordination with related units
• Integrate campaign infrastructures in mobile and fixed branches
• Discover different campaign methods in order to increase device sales of Türk Telekom, manage projects for implementation of these new methods and channels.
