• University degree in Chemical & Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering,
• Fluent English knowledge is a must,
• Good Knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Analytical and open minded, creative, team player, good communication skills,
• Live/Willing to live in or close to Çerkezköy,
• 2-3 years Experience for Plastic production ( tools / machines and injection process ),
• Used to work in international teams and have intercultural experience.

İŞ TANIMI

• Executes daily production activities and responsible for Cost , Quality and Process Improvement Projects in production area,
•  Take active role in new product launches, equipment installations, productivity and ergonomics improvement projects,
• Coordination of Lean Manufacturing activities in Production Department such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Problem Solving Methods, Pull Principles,
• Reports, tracks and improves production related KPIs, prepares various production reports related with Blue Collar and Production Management,
• To realize & manage production according to target & to realize & manage & support  projects according to targets,
• Perform capacity planning for projects & section. Development & coaching of team members,
• Performing & spreading TPM activitieswith injection machines,
• Fully responsible for all decisions & Realization on safety of all workers & Safety regulation,
• To ensure Product Engineering Excellence (problem solving, project coaching, leadership trainings and Design for Reliability),
• Working in a close collaboration with Development Center departments to identify competence gaps and to specify the required training plans,
• Coaching of development projects to ensure state of the art engineering work ,
• Set-up systematical problem solving methods to ensure fast and effective root cause determination and effective lessons learned processes,
• Pushes new methods to increase production productivity / efficiency,
• To improve the tools for increasing quality level of product,
• Ensuring tool design standards meet production,  quality, ergonomy and safety standards,
• Analyzing overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and performing/leading continuous improvement projects (CIP) within cross-sectional teams to eliminate losses,
• Take active role in new product projects,
• Coordination responsibilities between toolshop and factory,
• Planning, implementation and reporting of production related Production System (Lean Manufacturing) tools,
• Conducting time measure of production working phases and sub-phases,
• Conducting time data acquisition and organization in a structured database,
• Analysing gaps between theoretical data and manufacturing current data and investigating the causes,
• Analysing manufacturing execution methods to increase efficiency and optimize operator workload,
• To do ergonomy analysis of operations and improve the situation,
• Analysing production flow and supporting Lean Manufacturing projects.
