• University degree in Food Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience of food sector on quality and food safety standards (ISO9001, FSSC22000, GMP)
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good command of MS Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking ability
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Residing in İstanbul European Side

İŞ TANIMI

• Supports to ensure food safety and hygiene of products by performing and maintaining the quality management and food safety management standards (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and GMP)
• Attends HACCP risk analysis, verification and validation activities with Food Safety Team
• Follows up the modifications on the lines & prepares and updates all food safety documentation as flow charts, HACCP studies, hygiene instructions, line control instructions & forms and procedures
• Responsible to perform Microbiological Analysis from personnel hands and food contact surfaces
• Reports the Customer Complaints and Corrective & Preventive Actions monthly within the company and monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
• Attends to the Supplier Audists & Internal audits. (In terms of FSSC 22000 & GMP principles)
• Supports for orientation and refreshment training program regarding ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and GMP for employees, collaborators and contractors working in behalf of PVM Turkey
• Prepares the Quality Agreements between PVM Group companies
