• University degree of engineering preferably in industrial engineering
• Minimum 5 Years experience in SUPPLY CHAIN Customer Services Operations
• Self-starter/innovative, detail- oriented
• Detail-oriented
• Effective prioritisation of tasks
• Excellent follow-up and Project leading
• Ability to adapt and support change to make a difference.
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral&written)
• SAP and BO knowledge is an asset

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for “Customer Service Executive” for pladis Turkey Supply Chain Vice Presidency.  A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

• Ensuring that daily supply chain activities are met with determined service level.
• Ensuring that information flow between sales, field, commercial marketing, finance, demand planning and transport departments are coordinated in terms of logistics.
• Providing coordination and responding to request of National Account customers in terms of logistics services, agreement on Service level, and following-up with Score Card
• Monitoring KPI’s, identify the reason of poor performance and take necessary actions to improve it.
