İŞ TANIMI

• Accountable for all technology related audit findings. He/she will be single point of contact for all technology related audit findings,
• Identify right stakeholders (depending on the scope of the audit, finding and scheduling the time plan of the right resources),
• Set appropriate timelines & meetings in order to complete the audit on time & on quality,
• Support finding /issue alignment between auditor & auditees,
• Support decision process for proper actions to be in place,
• Track and monitor related closure actions,
• Periodic reporting of the audit finding/issue & action actuals vs plan,
• Escalate any overdue possibilities in order to mitigate overdue risk
• Responsible for ensuring continuous improvements within the service lifecycle in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of processes, workflows and organizational developments within Technology by taking E2E responsibility of the quality & integrity of the Technology Processes.
• Review and assess the current situation, define the problem statement and establish a  baseline
• Provide ideas for continuous improvement opportunities on Technology processes
• Measure & report KPIs
• Manage, support and deliver cross-functional and cross-divisional process improvement projects
• Provide framework through which improvement objectives can be delivered
• Report on progress against the improvement plan
• Perform regular reviews, assessment and monitoring on the overall processes
• Represent Service Assurance in special projects/task forces
