QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • University graduate (management, engineering or marketing related functions) / MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Skill in working with professionals from different areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical mind-set
  • Fluent in English (Spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in campaign management, partnership management, relationship management
  • Ability to build and develop effective cross-functional relationships, as well as business relationships with third parties
  • Specific knowledge and experience on loyalty programs – technologies, techniques, operations (campaign management, mobile applications, loyalty infrastructures)
  • Excellent communication skills and influence, with the ability to translate complex business issues into analytical and technology solutions
  • Proven ability to understand business strategies and commercial objectives, and to manage change trade-offs


İŞ TANIMI

 We are seeking a Loyalty Programs Manager  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  to Head Of Customer Value Management of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                     
  • Define partnership strategy
  • Manage/Coordinate/Develop relationships with non-GSM brands which are current and/or potential partners of loyalty programs/partnership projects
  • Align and leverage new and existing business relationships to business objectives
  • Identify and select the best collaborators/opportunities
  • Understand and deploy collaborative best practices
  • Manage Vodafone loyalty programs/partnerships and develop strategy/design of new programs if necessary
  • Develop/Design program-partnership strategies aligned with customer segment strategies and manage the execution of the strategy
  • Manage relations with internal business units to understand objectives and translate these into relevant marketing  programs
  • Provide consultancy and project management services to segments and sales units for solutions required in marketing partnerships
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Brand Management, Marketing Communication etc.) in order to define communication route consistent with program partners/brands’ needs
  • Interpret the outputs of programs, partnerships  and campaigns and ensure to get regular reporting
  • Responsible from the product ownership/user experience of the loyalty platforms/partnership platforms
  • Organize/Coordinate internal teams and resources to satisfy execution plan/roadmaps
  • Direct the external program vendors for developing, planning and executing the loyalty programs/partnerships (both technically and operation wise).
  • Provide marketing operational excellence, so will proactively search for ways to improve efficiency of marketing capabilities and campaign management process
  • Be competent in the current platforms and will lead improvement of the systems
  • The role will have an important function of coordinating different departments, vendors and profiles of people to achieve successful loyalty programs.
  • The role manages a team of VF employees and teams employed by vendor under 3 units: 1. Loyalty Programs Team 2. Loyalty Agency team 3. Technical Vendor teams
