İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a PDT-Business Analysis Expert  with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Fixed Demand Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
                                     
  • Understanding of internal business needs and requirements of Fixed portfolio, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, shaping requirements and preparing a  functional design documents for the delivery within standardized set of methodologies.
  • Encompassing working closely with business units to analyse, define, clarify and gain approval of high quality requirements.  The role  is the interface between business unit and the delivery team to ensure that requirements are understood and appropriate implementation is produced to realise the expected solution
  • Driving  and challenging business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their requirements. Decomposing high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills,  working with all  management levels in a multi-cultural and geographically dispersed environment, ability to structure complex information, adapt communication to the audience and relishes working in a dynamic changing environment and using a broad range of business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Alignment of technology and commercial roadmap.
  • Accountable for analyzing the business requirement, supporting business in product and idea generation and creating clear functional design analysis and specifications and test cases documentation
  • Support business readiness stream by providing deliverables
  • Accountable for the preparation of the Functional Analysis & Design and User Acceptance Test and other associated analysis activities
  • Define and agree analysis approach with Business Unit and Project Manager
  • Understand, shape and agree the scope of the project, understand business drivers and manage scope change.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Unit and the project manager, Identifying and building trusted relationships to ensure that the appropriate stakeholders are engaged.
  • Deliver high quality business requirements optimized for business value on time
  • Accurately report on activities, escalating where necessary
  • Use appropriate BA tools and techniques to gather, document and communicate the business requirements effectively.
  • Perform Business Analysis, Functional Design across full delivery life cycle to ensure delivered solution fulfills expectations of Business Unit, Influence and Control change to requirements and provide impact assessment
  • Facilitate compliance  communication, effectively communicate change and manage the requirements backlog
  • Work with Business Unit to ensure requirements captured are realistic, achievable and testable
  • Lead the business analysis and functional design activities
  • Lead the analysis effort on projects by taking responsibility for providing insight to required change, developing the initial project concept, challenging assumptions, prioritizing business needs and owning the requirements process.
  • Use business architecture methods, where appropriate, to ensure the organizational impacts of the project are clearly understood.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practice in analysis techniques and demonstrate application within Vodafone.
  • Build and maintain open communication both internally within the team, and externally with project stakeholders, customers, suppliers and peers
  • Ensure that key stakeholders understand the value of the business analysis activities and how they fit into the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively to manage expectations and outcomes.
  • Adapt  Communication for a multi-cultural, geographically disperse  environment
  • Responsible from completing feasibility of demand and providing input for recommendation preparation.
  • Ensure and control the delivery of small project and configuration type demand in line with defined project management methodologies
  • Know business context in terms of strategy and processes
  • Coordinate relations and communication with the business accounts
  • Support commercial business case (when required) building and concept form building
  • Provide high level estimations in terms of cost, duration, effort and etc. in the concept phase
  • Collect and monitor the requests throughout the delivery process
  • Consolidate requests with similiar and/or overlapping technical implementation needs and business rules.
  • Support the business functions for maturing idea into concept
  • Assure that relevant approvals are taken before starting implementation.
  • Provide support for defining business requirements and rules
  • Lead cross-functional group’s demands and requirements
  • Involved in the scenario validation process to evaluate the effects of eventual changes on the projects scheduling and to judge the impact of eventual change requests inserted in the portfolio.
  • Coordinate the sharing of different competencies during the feasibility study
