HR / Talent Management Senior Specialist

• University Degree
• HR knowledgeable with a minimum of 5-years related background especially in talent management, training and development and performance management,
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting,
• Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development,
• Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of career path,
• Very good level of spoken and written English,
• Sound decision-making and organizational skills,
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including group facilitation and presentation skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office products,
• Ability to work independently and in team settings,
• Pro-active, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility,
• Enjoy working in an international atmosphere,
• Able to travel when required.

İŞ TANIMI

• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives,
• Offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills,
• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness,
• Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen,
• Supporting local and global organizational development projects,
• Providing support to performance and talent management processes,
• Negotiate contracts with clients, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses,
• Play a strong role in the on-boarding and integration process of new comer orientation program and conduct orientation sessions,
• Create brochures, training materials, visual aids and presentations.
