• Graduated from Engineering departments of universities,(Mechanical or Electrical & Electronical )
• Fluent in English,
• Minimum 5 years of power plant operation ,

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible to operate power plant. Follow either parameters in DCS and operating status of the equipments in site, make the comparisons between systems. If there is an abnormal situation, prepare necessary WO and provide information about the situation to Operation Manager,
• Be safety inspector of power plant and responsible for preperation and distribution of WP’s,
• Follows plant performance,
• Make risk analysis and solve troubles by evauating all information coming from his staff,
• Get contact with his superiors and transmit the all information and instruction to his staff When it becomes necessary. Provide a solution for the problem if there exists,
• Control that the maintenance or other personnel working on site carried out  works in accordance with HSE rules and regulations,
• Prepare trip reports at least one day after and send them to Operation Manager,
• Maintain a continuous communication with maintenance services and provide data transfer for the subjects on following and concluding of works, 
• Ensure good communications and interface with Gas Supplier and Load Dispather,
• Be  the emergecy chief of plant and realise the duties which are mentioned on related procedures,
