BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
Minimum 2years of experience in related field
Experience in a large multinational company

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Customer Loyalty Programs Associate Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Loyalty Manager of Vodafone Turkey.

Plan and execute consumer loyalty programs of Vodafone Turkey
Direct loyalty program partners and maintain relationships with brands
Couponing business development for non-Vodafone customers
Understand and analyse the needs of segments and customers
Act as liaison with Loyalty Agency and segments
Manage AC development partner
Manage AC UX partner
Manage Loyalty infrastructure partner
Identify needs and help manager to recruit partners (loyalty agencies, technical solution partners, merchandising companies, etc. ) coordination with Partnering and SCM Teams
Support Loyalty Program Manager and share responsibilities to realize team goals
Manage relations with internal business units to understand objectives and translate these into relevant loyalty marketing programs
Provide consultancy and project management services to segments and sales units for mobile solutions required in loyalty marketing campaigns
Direct the external program partners for developing, planning and executing the loyalty programs.
Proceed loyalty marketing opportunities consistent with segment needs
Identify deliverables, estimate the resource requirements for the activities
Plan and implement identified loyalty program execution to the customer base.
Track, Develop schedule and budget
Interpret the outputs of programs and campaigns and ensure to get regular reporting
Track life-cycle management of programs (what incentives to give the customers at what time, with which brand)
