• Marketing strategy and implementation, including a working knowledge of multi-channel marketing
• Strong computer skills and at least basic- to intermediate-level web design, graphic design, basic HTML and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Experience using social media for business
• Analytical and data-driven, and able to present findings clearly
• Knowledge of Demonstrated ability in managing multiple digital projects within scope, budget and expected timeframes

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop and manage marketing activities and needs of HotelsPro at international, regional and local level
• Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of sales promotions and marketing programs and projects from concept development to finished product, including the development of marketing collateral such as direct mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, etc.
• Create innovative ideas that bridge offline and online through search, social, paid media, mobile, and face to face events among other components to provide solutions that connect insights and communication to business and marketing objectives
• Manage new product additions and ensure a smooth process flow and meet deadlines
• Develops new marketing campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces
• Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
• Develop case studies and company videos
• Manage social media efforts (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) to develop campaigns that target each market segment we serve. Regularly check comments and posts on existing social channels to identify any potential customer service issues
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across email and social media targeted towards fundraising and online marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing team members to ensure accuracy of shared content and responses to audience inquiries based on company strategy
• Manage and track marketing budget and ensuring positive ROI
• Planning , management and ordering printed and promotional materials
• Planning and executing all HotelsPro events and international trade fairs
• Tracks marketing activity results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedbacks
