• University degree in related fields,
• Fluency in English language is mandatory, German knowledge is an asset,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields,
• Analytical minded, having good conflict management, leadership and management skills.

İŞ TANIMI

• Representing and implementing Customer Service requirements during the development process and develop service friendly repairs solutions,
• Ensuring definition of new appliances, index changes (model, manufacturer, spare part list...) and spare parts (code, purchase price, supplier, packaging dimensions, material characteristics...) into CMD-SP just in time,
• Preparing exploded views of new products and index changes and upload in standard BSH systems,
• Managing preparation of all necessary technical documentation of related products,
• Managing the preparation of all needed training documents and conduction of international product trainings (classroom trainings, virtual classrooms etc.) of related products,
• Quality/repair management during the product lifecycle,
• Managing the technical support process,
• Coordinating technical information flow between HQ/Munih, related factories and technical centers,
• Supporting and implementing global projects and processes.
