BSc. degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
Minimum 8 years of experience in related field
Understanding of commercial strategy and business priorities
Demonstrable partner management experience preferably in a market driven environment
Experience of Change Management
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communications
Negotiation and creative problem solving skills
Highly process aware, with a commitment to quality
Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams

İŞ TANIMI

We are seeking a Key Projects Management Manager-Strategy with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Strategy and Business Development of Vodafone Turkey.

Accountable to coordinate key projects as requested by CEO, within agreed time, scope and cost.
Key projects governance, internal coordination & orchestration along with interactions with other companies and regulatory bodies
Management and coordination of potential external consultant companies with successful execution
Identifying required resources, defining and assigning project stakeholders.
Managing the overall schedule for the project to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget (ie. creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements).
Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.
Ensuring all of the required steps in the SDLC is taken and all of the documentation is completed
Ensuring necessary reporting of projects and programs to stakeholders
Organizing the project meetings, take meeting minutes and share with the related parties.
Following EXCO members change requests and conduct feasibility of change and impact on the project.
Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved.
Provide guidance on domain expertise to vendors/consultants as and when required.
Work closely with consultants to ensure delivery in line with business needs.
Define the project management methodology and standards based on stage gate process model.
Effectively apply project methodology and enforces project standards.
Define delivery processes and associated KPI’s and SLA’s.
Reporting on KPI’s on a weekly basis. Work closely with all teams to provide the data for KPI reporting.
Prepare project launch announcement reports and share with Exco and related VOLT members.
Create report for the project status update meeting with the technical teams.
Prepare presentation about the status of the projects and key highlights to the Steering Committee which is held in Exco and VOLT level.
Conduct drill down analysis and related reporting for the projects that some problems have been experienced in order to understand the root cause of the problems, pain points and define the preventive actions and lessons learned.
