Aon is looking for a Reinsurance Technical Accounting Specialist

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Technical Accounting department in Istanbul. As a Reinsurance Technical Accounting Specialist, you will report directly to the Reinsurance Technical Accounting Director.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Economics, Finance, Accounting,  Business Administration, Insurance or other relevant departments of a reputable University
• Good at written and verbal English,
• Having min 3 years of experience in Finance or Technical Accounting departments of insurance or brokering firms  will be an asset,
• Preferably having knowledge of technical insurance accountingn,
• Preferably having advance knowledge and experience of MS office applications 
• Hardworking, accurate, result oriented, open to learn, team player, 
• Having analytical thinking, brain storming and problem solving skills,
• Having creative/innovative approach and self confidence,
• Will abide by flexible working hours during high seasons,
• A strict follower of the duties assigned,
• Having completed military service obligation (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Following and managing all processes relating to claims – from informing insurance companies / reinsurers to finalizing the process 
• Ensuring that the development of claims department is in line with the targeted customer satisfaction
• Responding to the needs of clients for consulting, training and guidance
• Providing control on the legislative, technical and communication requirements of the claims processes 
• Monitoring and evaluating the individual performance of the team members; helping them excel their full potential
