Supply Chain Specialist/Engineer

• 4 years' university degree from Business Administration/Engineering/Logistics Departments
• Min 1 - max 2 years of Supply planning experience preferably in FMCG sector
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Good communication skills, acting as a team member
• Good at working with details
• Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative

İŞ TANIMI

• Supply planning of imported products.
• Planning the weekly requests of goods according to stocks & forecasts, placing orders timely in APO system.
• Maintaining a balanced stock level in order to prevent over & out of stocks.
• Following up freshness of the products.
• Checking the copacking plan every week according to needs inline with the capacity of 3rd party provider.
• Placing copack purchase orders in SAP & following up the timely completeness of them.
• Follow-up of the packaging materials stock to be used in copack products, informing related parties about needed units.
• Coming together with commercial teams in order to give necessary supply chain updates.
• Preparing & consolidating the necessary KPI reportings.
