QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Yildiz Holding, one of the largest and fast growing groups of Türkiye, is looking for a Human Resources Manager responsible for one of pladis Sales companies; Pasifik Tüketim Ürünleri Satış ve Ticaret A.Ş., and Yildiz Holding Category Management and Business Development Functions.
A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the organisation
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding and orientation for all newcomers
- Preparation and follow up of Headcount Plans in accordance with Company Budget
- Design and develop reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, and turnover
- Take active role in HR projects such as job evaluation, grade and reward policy review, organizational restructuring and execute the relevant actions
- Providing coaching and feedback to the managers on execution of HR programs such as compensation & benefits, training, recruitment, workforce planning, conflict management, performance management, human resources planning also managing throughout the process such as HR budget, salary increment, grading
İŞ TANIMI
- Graduated from reputable universities’ respective faculties ( Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
- Minimum 7 years of total HR experience.
- Experience in large, multi-function, and cross geographic organizations is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in team management
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills in dealing with top management, all levels of employees and cross-functional teams
- A self-motivated team player with strong coordination skills
- Clear and comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business
- Detail orientated, comfortable with multi task responsibilities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
