• University degree (preferably in engineering)
• 2-4 years experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English language
• Proficient skills in MS Office Excel is required and SAP knowledge is an asset
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Methodical and structured approach to work
• Good analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Entering all the data in SAP ERP system regarding the pack materials (price, supplier etc.)
• Placing packaging material orders to the suppliers.
• Calling packaging materials from the suppliers according to the needed list communicated by the production planning unit.
• Ensuring that the packaging material orders at the suppliers are produced on time and kept ready to be shipped at the supplier inventory.
• Ensuring that the suppliers are preparing and sending the needed order documents properly according to the procedurs of accounting and warehouse departments.
• Sharing materials resource planning (MRP) results and following up with all suppliers.
• Communicating corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to suppliers and following up the solutions.
• Finding alternative suppliers in case needed.
• Controlling the invoices of all imported pack materials.
• Answering packaging supplier questions properly.
• Evaluating supplier performance and give prompt feedback to the suppliers accordingly.
