İŞ TANIMI
The Requisition to Pay (RtP) Operations Management Team manages the volumes of purchase order activities required to support business purchasing requirements within an end to end cycle that aims to pay Shell's 3rd Party suppliers within agreed payment terms. The RtP Analyst position exists to ensure RtP transactions and workflows are processed and that all associated day-to-day activities are delivered at top-quartile performance levels. The job holders will also seek and execute continuing improvements within the process.
This role will resolve RtP issues with Requisitioners, Procurement Staff, Vendors, Tax and Finance, and ensure that RtP processes are understood and followed.
- Produce SAP Purchase Orders from SAP Requisitions
- Analyse requisition quality and work with requisitioners as necessary to make lasting improvements
- Manage Purchase Orders through to close-out and resolve any associated queries on a timely basis
- Analyse and implement optimum master data arrangements in Purchase Orders, and facilitate master data set-up within SAP system across multiple geographies, working with FO-Data.
- Implement RtP automation opportunities resulting from changed or new supplier arrangements.
- Work with suppliers to ensure any automation between Shell and Suppliers are working effectively to deliver maximum value to process and speed and mitigate any flaws in automated processes
- Identify potential RtP Continuous Improvement opportunities in support of the drive for greater RtP efficiency (especially opportunities for greater automation, and consolidation of activity), and then assist in the implementation and execution of action arising.
- Capacity to understand fundamentals of local countries indirect tax regimes when selecting master data
- Awareness of local / regional tax, legal, and finance guidelines and policies and support resolution of local/regional issues
- Support issue analysis to identify emerging issues and gaps in processes and procedures
- Provide commercial and RtP advice to stakeholders, including Business Originators, requisitioners, receipters, Accounts Payable, and Vendors all consistently in line with RtP guidelines and the Shell Group Category Management and Contracting Process
