We seek for “SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Robotics&Motion Division, Robotics Business Unit in Dudullu location with below qualifications:
 
·         University degree in Electrical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering,
·         Preferably related experience,
·         Knowledge of Industrial Robots and competition in the business area,
·         Advanced command of written & spoken English,
·         Ability to work with IT tools (Computer, Microsoft Office software, SAP, BOL, QDMS, QMS),
·         Innovative, team player, strong planning and organizational skills, 
·         Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills,
·         Ability to work under stress of meeting deadlines,
·         Ability to travel and have valid driving license,
·         Residence in Istanbul Anatolian Side.

İŞ TANIMI

Order Processing         Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems, or service. Customer Relations

Informs customers about production/system/service status based on inputs, and clarifies any questions regarding orders.  Receives inquiries from customers, processes orders, and assists with the resolution of customer issues, including resolution with after-sales service and spare parts teams. Coordinates technical assistance as necessary, Internal Relations  Provides product information to internal and external customers. Executes defined procedures for missing or defective products ensuring efficient resolution and effective customer communication. Bid & Proposal Informs service team for “Zero Defect” cases. Supports the credit department to resolve customer payment issues. Asks for technical expertise / technical product support when needed.  In accordance with bid planning, assures that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures.  Manages external services to support bid preparation such as translations and governmental approvals. Prepares standardized sections for bids, such as administrative dossier, reference lists, and requests for power of attorney. Creates offer/agreements according QMS using templates, price lists and other IS tools, etc. Assists in proposal completion by managing the master file and all relevant attachments, and assists in ensuring all relevant bid instructions are included. Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.  Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions. Educates employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, trainees and visitors in quality, environment and in operational and health safety, informs them about the possible hazards, impacts and emergency plans and to provide leadership in these domains. Executes Integrated Management System (Quality Management System, Environment Management System, OHS Management System) policy, procedure and instructions and complies with the legal affairs and ABB Global Directives.

Data Administration Prepares and analyses monthly demand forecasts using available tools and collecting information from sales team(s). Collects proposals and inputs information into cost database.  Organizes the necessary logistics for on-time delivery of bids. Ensures efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system.  Uses SAP, QDMS.
