• BA/BS degree from a reputable university (engineering, science, finance, economics, management or similar degrees)
• Min 5 years of relevant corporate finance experience at an investment bank
• Execution experience in IPOs and debt capital market issuances
• Strong financial statement analysis and financial modeling experience
• Ambitious and highly motivated, keen to identify and pursue opportunities for self development
• Drive, enthusiasm, commitment and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality, executive-level materials under tight timelines
• Good command of English
• Very good command of MS Office application, in particular Excel and Powerpoint

İŞ TANIMI

• Work as part of a dynamic team experienced in raising capital in both debt and equity capital markets
• Lead execution teams, coordinating documentation process and marketing efforts to investors.
• Contribute to origination efforts by identifying prospective companies for IPOs or debt capital market issuances in local and international markets
• Prepare pitching presentations for prospective clients and involve in the pitching process
• Create memos and roadshow presentations in order to effectively communicate potential transactions to internal committees and prospective investors
• Prepare financial models and cash flow projections to analyze feasibility of potential transactions
• Monitor and analyze capital market trends and transactions based on competitor activities and regulatory changes
• Cooperate with sales and operations departments in executing the transactions
• Direct interaction with clients, investors and other involved parties
