QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BSH Home Appliances is searching for a Hub Sales Planning Expert to be employed in Ümraniye Head Office with the following qualifications:
· University degree in related Engineering fields and/ or Business Administration,
· Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain and/or sales planning,
· Analytic and conceptual, Customer Oriented, Decision-making Competence, Intercultural Competence,
· Fluent level of English is must, German is an asset,
· MS Office is must, ?SAP knowledge is preferred,
· No restrictions to travel abroad.
İŞ TANIMI
The person will be responsible for;
- Preparing the demand planning for related products for the related regions (Central Asia, Near East, Africa) targeting a high level of forecast accuracy,
- Managing purchase orders/inbound and sales orders/outbound flow of the HUB,
- Managing HUB with optimum stock levels in terms of minimum space usage, product availability at all times, and minimum obsoletes/slow moving,
- Intense communication and collaboration with Supply and Sales parties,
- Close follow up of service level to customer,
- Preparing monthly analysis and reports for relevant figures and KPI’s,
- Preparing Business Plan and Forecasts in coordination with related departments.
